1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1 cup melted butter
16 oz. package powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
12 oz. butterscotch chips
Combine graham crackers crumbs, butter, powdered sugar and peanut butter. Press mixture into a 13×9 baking dish.
Melt butterscotch chips over a double boiler, spread over prepared mixture.
Refrigerate until the butterscotch if firm and cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
